This is Sign-Up Weekend for all newcomers who wish to participate in Season 4 of ARISE, New Heart New Spirit. Our Season starts the week of February 14th. Small groups will focus on the importance of forgiveness and reconciliation to our Christian walk. Jesus again and again calls us to forgive, live in harmony with one another, and be peacemakers. But this Gospel teaching is a challenge for most of us. What richer gift could we give ourselves this Lent than to seek healing, forgiveness and reconciliation - with ourselves, with others and with the Church?

So we pray that all members of Holy Family, and indeed, all Catholics on Cape Ann, whether active or inactive, will join in this Lenten journey. May wounds and resentments be healed so that each of us may receive the new heart and new spirit Ezekiel promises from the Lord. Ez. 36:26. That truly would be an Easter gift worth celebrating!
